Armagor S.A.  manufactures a wide variety of water, gas and central-heating fittings used in water, steam and gas distribution systems. In August 2009, we joined the Armatura Group.

The well-earned recognition and proven track record in the manufacture of high-quality valves dating back to 1991 helped to smoothly integrate our products into the Armatura Group’s portfolio. Since August 2009, we have expanded our range with accessories for water and steam distribution systems and a wide variety of gas valves. Armagor supplies water and gas valves, as well as radiator, flow and brass fasteners to the Group. It is the third core group of the Armatura Group’s products.

Following reorganisation of manufacturing processes at the turn of 2010, we took over a part of the business concerned with the production of water tap components and provision of tool shop services. In 2010, our organisational and manufacturing processes were concentrated in one location, the Praszka manufacturing plant. Capital expenditure in 2010 was spent to purchase plant and equipment, upgrade the manufacturing facilities and production, technical and IT infrastructure, enhance process monitoring, and improve organisational efficiency, which lay groundwork for further growth and maximising profitability.

Apart from products for the Armatura Group, we focus on the manufacture of customised valves under B2B contracts with customers, mostly from Western Europe.
